Our dispensers are manufactured by Lindr CZ s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. Established in 1992, Lindr are a global leading producer of cooling and dispensing systems and enjoys success with sales in over 60 Countries around the world.
For the UK market, Draught Beer Online, being an official appointed distributor for all Lindr products, support a 12 month manufacturers guarantee. This support entails our own engineers servicing of any fault or failing where possible, however if there is any reason a defect cannot be rectified by our own engineers, return of the equipment to Lindr for servicing may be required. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, any damage caused by customer negligence or general wear and tear would not be covered.

Shipping & Returns Information
In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. By placing an order (whether purchase or hire) you are confirming that you are 18 or over.
Shipping And Handling
All our deliveries are covered with insurance of £500 – £1000 dependent on the cost of the item for loss or damage of goods. Please contact us for a delivery quotation to your area.
Our delivery for all products from Draught Beer Online usually takes 1-2 working days.
Please note that we will need to wait 28 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item. If you are purchasing from outside of The UK mainland please call us on (+44) 0118 982 1292 to obtain a shipping quote.
We take care when preparing your package but, despite our efforts on some rare occasions, it can be that the package suffers damage during transport. It is essential that the packaging and the product is inspected for damage in the presence of the courier before it is signed for in ‘good condition’ or otherwise on the drivers manifest. No claim can be made for damage once the product is signed for in ‘good condition’. We unfortunately cannot offer compensation for items that have not been inspected properly. Please notify us, where possible, within 3 working days of delivery or expected delivery if any damages occur. Should any damages be found it is necessary to take photographic evidence and make a note of the goods’ condition on the delivery note at the time of delivery and/or refuse the goods.
Carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed. These will be charged at a cost.
Parcels are delivered between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and require a signature.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, goods should be returned intact and unused within 14 days in its original packaging and in a resalable condition (i.e. no beverage should be put through a dispenser) for a full refund or exchange of goods. If any part of the product and its associated parts are damaged, opened or used in anyway then no refund can be given. Cost of carriage in this instance is the customers responsibility.
No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 14 days after invoice date. We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you suspect you have received a faulty item, please notify us within 3 working days of delivery. If we can assist remotely, we will make every effort to do so however if this is not possible, it is the customers responsibility to return the goods to us for inspection. Should a manufacturing defect covered within the warranty be found we will either repair or replace the item and return to the customer as soon as possible however should any fault be found due to customer negligence, charges will be incurred for the inspection, parts, labor and carriage. In this instance, customers will be notified prior to any work taking place.
Draught Beer Online accepts no responsibility for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. We therefore recommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us.

An annual service is highly recommended to ensure a longer working life of Lindr’s cooling and dispense systems.
We offer a full servicing, cleaning and repairs service to all customers during the manufactures warranty period and beyond.
If in the event of an equipment breakdown; we will firstly offer our assistance and technical know-how remotely to try and help identify the cause of any reported problem and offer assistance to finding a suitable resolution. We find this problem solving technique easier, time saving and more cost effective for our customers. However if this is not possible, it is the customers responsibility to book in an inspection and return the goods to us.
Should a fault covered within the warranty be found we will either repair or replace the item and return to the customer as soon as possible however should any fault be found due to customer negligence, general use or after the warranty expiration, charges will be incurred for the inspection, parts, labour and carriage. In this instance, customers will be notified prior to any work taking place.
